The Clear Bag Policy

What is the Clear Bag Policy, and why do I need a clear bag?


For safety reasons, many stadiums and event venues require clear bags for screening and transparency. Size limitations vary by location, but for most venues, all bags larger than approximately 4 x 6 inches must be clear. All CLEARLEE bags are stadium-approved, of course.




Where do I need a clear bag?


Clear bags are required at all NFL® games, most NHL® and MLS® games, PGA® events, and most athletic events of the NCAA® (SEC®, most of the ACC® and Pac-12®). Additionally, many venues require them for concerts, graduations, and festivals. We encourage fans to know before you go – check the security policies for any event that requires a ticket!





Shipping

How soon will my order ship?


Belt Bags and Bucket Bags ship within one business day. Bags from the Classic, Saturday, and Sunday Collections ship within 3-5 business days.




U.S. Shipping


FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders. (3-5 days transit time*) USPS Priority Mail is available for $12. (2-3 days transit time*) *These are estimates according to the United States Postal Service. Actual delivery time may vary, especially in the wake of COVID-19.




International Shipping


We ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. International shipping costs are between $12–25 USD, and vary by order weight and distance (all calculated during checkout). International shipping transit times vary by distance. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes, which are determined by their respective nations.

Returns

Do you accept exchanges/returns?


If you don't love your CLEARLEE product, simply ship it back to us unused and with original tags attached for an exchange or refund.




How do I return an item?


To be eligible for return, all items must be unused and with original tags attached. Ship your item(s) back to us via the courier of your choice (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Email us at hello@shopclearlee.com OR include a note in your package with your name and order number. We will process your refund once we receive your return.

We recommend using a soft microfiber cloth + a bit of your average household glass cleaner to clean your bag.




Pro Tips


- Store your CLEARLEE bag with rolled t-shirts inside to help it keep its shape. - Traveling to the game/show? Stuff your bag with clothes/socks/etc., or use it for toiletries – TSA agents love clear bags, too.
